Honeybees Living in the Pacific Northwest

Local, raw, pure, unprocessed honey. Our bees are locally raised in our own apiary. Our honey is single source honey – which means that we number our hives and the honey is not blended from multiple hives. Each hive has its own harvest. Also, we don’t blend together our honey from another apiary’s honey. The flavor is unduplicated as our bees are freely allowed to explore clover, apple blossoms, pear blossoms, blackberries, lavender, and hairy vetch - all in the Novelty Hill neighborhood. Between us and our neighbors, the honeybees have a smorgasbord of pollen and nectar that produces the distinctive, unique taste of the honey. We nurture the honeybees and only harvest any extra honey they provide. We believe in sustainability.
